Does it replace my inhibitor?+

No — it works alongside any BuildCert-approved inhibitor or glycol. Independent testing confirms full compatibility with leading inhibitors.

How long does it last?+

At least six years in a sealed system. Top-up only if the system is drained down.

Any downtime to fit?+

None. Dosed via a radiator valve, dosing pot or pump adaptor while the system is running.

Is it safe to handle?+

Yes. Non-hazardous under CLP — standard PPE is sufficient.

Which systems does it work in?+

Any wet system with water-to-air heat transfer: radiators, AHUs, fan-coils, underfloor heating, ASHP/GSHP, chilled-water circuits, and boilers running on gas, biomass, oil, LPG or electricity.

Clean or dirty system?+

Both. Inject-a-Therm works by increasing the thermal contact surface within the system, so it performs well regardless of system age.

Annual testing and warranty?+

An annual maintenance test ensures the additive continues to perform. A 10% charge covers the test, any required top-up, and a full replacement at no extra cost should the fluid ever need replacing.

What's the typical ROI?+
