    Brief & quote

    You share property details, floor area and the certificate type required. We respond within 24 hours with a fixed-fee quote and named lead assessor.

  2. 02

    Document collection

    We request the documents that materially improve accuracy — floor plans, M&E schedules, lighting layouts, manufacturer data. No documents? We capture it all on site.

  3. 03

    On-site survey

    An accredited assessor attends site to verify fabric, glazing, HVAC, lighting, controls and renewables. Photographs and measurements are recorded against approved methodology.

  4. 04

    Modelling & QA

    Survey data is entered into approved SBEM (or DSM for Level 5) software. Every model is independently QA'd by a second assessor before lodgement.

  5. 05

    Lodgement

    Certificate is lodged on the national EPC or DEC register. You receive the official PDF, XML and an advisory report by email.

  6. 06

    Aftercare

    We remain on hand for queries from buyers, tenants, MEES advisors or funders — for the full ten-year life of the certificate.
